Zelio Logic Smart Relay
Designed to meet the demand for applications that require more
flexibility than a simple relay, timer or counter, but are too small or
simple for the smallest Nano PLC.
Designed to accept and control outputs just like a relay,
Zelio Logic features dual language capability, using either Function Block
Diagram (FBD) or Ladder Logic Programming (LL), and can easily be programmed
by using either the front panel or by utilizing ZelioSoft software. Click
here for more information on ZelioSoft software.
This new generation of Zelio Logic smart relays provides
customers with considerable gains from the design stage to the monitoring
of their applications, due to its simplicity and flexibility.
Benefits
-
Simple programming
– large LCD display with backlight enables front panel programming,
and intuitive programming with Zelio Soft software
- Easy- installation
– small footprint reduces enclosure size and choice of Dinrail
or panelmount simplifies integration into customer installations.
- Cost-effective
– compared to hardwired logic solutions, Zelio Logic can save
up to 70% in wiring and installation costs and time.
- Increased System Flexibility-
A compact and modular solution in a single product range, dual programming
language capability, and multiple power capabilities (12VDC, 24VDC,
24VAC, and 120VAC), provides choice and flexibility with a limited number
of product references.
- Open Connectivity
– Systems can be remotely monitored via modem communications.
- Communications functionality
– Zelio Logic offers a Modbus communications interface for easy
integration into automation systems

Zelio-Logic Relay
SR1
The Zelio-Logic relay
is more than a typical relay. It will accept inputs, has relay outputs
like a programmable controller, but cannot be connected to a network. Because
it has timers, counters and clocks that can be programmed, this product
is ideal for applications where a typical relay, timer or time clock
isn't enough, but a PLC is not justified.
 |
The Zelio-Logic relay is designed for use in small automated systems.
|
 |
It can be used in industrial and commercial applications.
|
 |
Its small size and ease of programming provides a competitive alternative to traditional relays, timers and counters.
|
 |
Programming can be done on the relay or by using the Zelio-Soft software on your windows based computer.
|
 |
Zelio-Logic relays with four outputs will accept a 60 line program.
|
 |
Zelio-Logic relays with eight outputs will accept a 80 line program.
|
 |
Programming in Zelio-Soft can be done in ladder logic, electrical symbols or Zelio symbols. |

Ultrasonic Technology
Transmitter - receiver
The active part of an ultrasonic sensor is a piezo-electric
transducer, which acts as both transmitter
(speaker) and receiver (microphone). It generates a pulsed ultrasonic
wave (200 to 500 kHz) and moves through the air at the speed of sound.
Reflected sound wave
As soon as it encounters an object, a reflected
sound wave (echo) returns to the transducer. A microprocessor analyzes
the received signal and measures the elapsed time interval between the
transmitted signal and the echo. By comparing this interval with preset
or learned times, the sensor is able to calculate the precise sensing
distance of the object and control the output states.
Principle based on time measurement
This sensing method ensures reliable operation,
regardless of the object's color or opacity.
