Watch for the exit for Jones Franklin Rd. When approaching the Jones Franklin Rd. exit, go to the left lane and avoid that exit along with the next exits to the right for 64 East, I40 and I440. The left lanes will become US1 South/64 West.
Continue on US1 South/64 West and take EXIT 128A, Tryon Rd.

Exit 128A will point you in the correct direction (East) on Tryon Road. Proceed .7 miles (through one stoplight at an unlabeled intersection and past Cresent Green Road). The next right after Cresent Green Road will allow you to enter the Cresent Commons Plaza through the WalMart parking lot. If you miss this turn, a few yards further will be the intersection of Tryon and Kildaire Farms Road. Turn RIGHT on Kildaire Farms Road and then take the very next right. This will also place you in the Cresent Commons Plaza.
The Cresent Commons Plaza is characterized by a Harris Teeter on one end and a WalMart on the other end. Scoops Ice Cream Cafe is approximately in the middle of the plaza between the Vision Center and the Dollar Tree.
