In late 1996, initiated the "start up" corporation Adapticom to better accommodate the demands of multiple clients such as IBM, Net2Phone, C-Mac, etc. Started the "C" corporation from scratch, learning corporate intracacies from the "ground up". Implemented money purchase and profit sharing plans along with medical and other employee benefit plans. Grew revenue by 30% per year for the first four years. While maintaining existing accounts and projects, focused the company on new product development.
